Refunds / Exchanges / Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns, provide exchanges, or cancel orders.

Packages that are marked delivered by the respective shipping agent do not qualify for a refund. We guarantee our products for 6 months from initial purchase and they are free from defect; including fading, curling or thermals/solars not transitioning. We will not offers replacements after that period. Please see individual notes in listings for any known issues. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for products acquired via destash, or if your package is sent through a forwarder.

Payments

Alchemy Lacquers gladly currently accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed when the order is placed.

Variances

All of our nail polishes are made by hand and while we do strive for the utmost consistency in our products, please know that due to the nature of nail polish, slight variances can occur between batches.

We do our best to ensure that the swatches displayed for our nail polish are the most color accurate. However, it is important to note that colors can appear differently on different computer screens and cell phones.

Lost / Stolen Packages

While it does happen from time to time, the USPS can lose or misdeliver packages. While we do our best to replace your package, we ask that before reaching out to us, please check with your post office carrier, your neighbors or your local post office as they might have a good idea where it went.

In the event that this yields no results, we ask that you reach out to us via email within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. Please include your name, order number and address in your email.

Broken / Defective Items

All of products are shipped in bubble wrap bags in wither purple bubble mailers or boxes. While our nail polish bottles are quite sturdy, it is possible for them to break.

In the unfortunate event that one of our products arrive broken or deflective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include a picture of the damaged or broken item. Please include your name, order number and address in your email. We will do our best to send out a replacement or provide a refund if that item is no longer available.
